Actually, that may not such a bad idea.
It might work, if the blacks were only allowed to be in the Black Communities. .

Or maybe a Reservation similar to what the American Indians have.
Separating them by tribe might alleviate some of their propensity to kill each other.

In the wake of the officer-involved shootings of black men across the country and the assassination of Dallas police officers, the councilman said police should reflect the ethnicity of the particular community where they patrol.

Be careful what you ask for. Black cops are much more likely to shoot someone than white cops.

Great idea! In order to properly enforce it, they must build a large fence with razor wire around the black neighborhoods. Post armed guards at entrance and egress points to make sure nobody white goes there.

That will have a number of beneficial effects we haven't even considered, like cutting off the inner-city heroin supply from suburban junkies. Most middle-class white people would applaud that.

Of course, you'd also have to enforce it to prevent any black people from getting out of their self-imposed ghetto, to protect their Yutes from white cops and the evil influence of "white privilege".

Make the black neighborhoods more self-sustainable by closing down any stores owned by whites, and "encouraging" them to produce their own food and other needs by shutting down any non-black owned truck traffic.

Oddly enough, this wasn't what "civil rights" were when I was a teenager, back in the 1960s. But today, it doesn't sound so bad.
