< It's amazing that you are so quick to casually crap on other conservatives simply because they live in a state that is being run roughshod over by corrupt, lawless, leftwing ideologues.

All I'm saying is that if they don't get up off their a$$ and do something about this BS it's going to pass and set a precedent that could create problems for the rest of the U.S. they can stop toking for a few minutes, right?...:^)

Under the new CA Law, you cannot buy Ammunition through the Mail, UPS etc. AND it is Illegal to go out of State and Buy Ammunition and bring it back into CA.

I assume the CA Fruit and Vegetable Check Stations will be asking about Ammunition before you know it.

I envision a Tax Stamp requirement on a Box of Ammo the way they used to do for Cigarette Packages and Liquor Bottles.

Welcome to East Germany, CA style.

Can you still get it shipped from out of state vendors?

I read that you can have ammo shipped to an FFL, but can't buy it directly. Absurd.

I hope the ammo dealers open shops just on the other side of the state line on every joining highway.

All these laws don’t go into affect for over a year or more as there is no system in place to enforce them. All of these laws will be challenged in the courts as were others a couple of years ago. A friend just ordered a “goodly” amount of ammo, it will be delivered on Thursday via FedEx.
As pointed out by others FRiends there is already an underground in progress that has been in place for years.
We don’t need sympathy just support.
Defeat Hillary!

Pardon my confusion. Who is “toking”, CA Conservatives like the guy who runs this Website?

What do you mean “get of their a$$ and do something about this BS”? The only thing WE CA Conservatives can do is (1) Vote and (2) refuse to comply. Are you suggesting Armed Insurrection? If so, we would lose and lose big.

It isn’t our fault that the Courts no longer protect our Rights against the Sacramento Fascists. We are outnumbered by both Americans and Illegal Invaders that those same Americans embrace.

Since they already made .50 Caliber Weapons Illegal in CA, I assume they will make .50 Caliber Ammunition Illegal as well of given enough time.

Sacramento is a Liberal Wet Dream gone amok.

They just turned my CA Legal AR-15 into an Assault Weapon that must be Registered as such.

It must be Magic since it was locked in my Gun Cabinet the entire time they were passing all this Unconstitutional Legislation.

I didn’t even consider conservatives in the equation; really not even Californians. It would be anywhere the Feds or state attempted to pass legislation involving ammo background cheks. “Toking” refers to smoking marijuana.

Yep, unenforceable. Unless California intends to stop every car heading in on the interstate.

>>>“Toking” refers to smoking marijuana<<<

Yes, I m quite aware of that. In fact, that expression was used when I was young just like the word “bogart”.

Not that I ever tasted the demon weed. LOL (cough, cough)

I do remember smelling it for the first time when I was 15 at a Cream Farewell Concert in 68 at the Forum in Inglewood.

They already stop every car coming into CA on I-15 at the Agriculture Inspection Station near Baker, CA.

Coming from AZ to CA, they stop you at an Immigration Checkpoint on the I-10.

We haven’t been a truly Free People in decades.

“If you allow it to pass, you deserve to have your guns taken away for being too dimwitted”

What the dems have done on this one has to be illegal. Basically if it passes we get one set of bad ammo purchase rules and if it doesnt pass we get another set of really bad ammo pirchase rules. One starts 2017 or the other is 2019 IIRC.

I just do not see how this is legal. Imagine a law that says if you pass it guns are outlawed starting next year, if you vote no guns are outlawed in two years. It really is a win win for the dems.

The last time I bought ammo was in 2008. Even those of us in a free state (NC) anticipated rising prices and regulations, so we roll our own.

Unfortunately there was a flood last week and this was swept away along with the boat.

Here is some info. It was SB1235. It was signed off by Gov. Brown. It will take effect Jan 1, 2018. Basically no mail order direct. All purchase will have to go through a FFL for all purchases with accompanied fee's. All importation ( read purchasing in neighboring states) will be illegal to bring back into Kali.

That’s what Cabalas did. They are on Hwy 10 just over the Ca./Nevada border ~ 1 hrs. drive from Sacramento.

That's when you kick the table over and call forfeit on the game due to cheating then pull the Ace of Spades out of their sleeves...
