Bush's one huge mistake was the war with Iraq but its not fair to pin the entire Iraq debacle on GHW Bush because the stupidity of the American public allowed Bill Clinton to shape the Post Cold War World - with disastrous consequences
If Bush had been elected instead of Bill “foreign policy does not matter anymore” Clinton and had Bush been allowed to continue to shape the Post Cold War world , the world would be a much different and infinitely better place today
