Never mind — Special Access Programs. Security protocols from foreign governments and US.

This is a shitstorm if true.

SAPs are Special Access Programs.

They are classified programs for which access to them goes beyond holding a normal security clearance (Confidential, Secret, Top Secret).

You must be “read into” a SAP and have “special access” granted to you by the controlling agency.

Unlike a normal security clearance, denial of access to a SAP program cannot be appealed or contested.
