That’s my personal goal. Often I have it under 50. Most of my carbs come naturally from fruits and vegetables like berries and brussels sprouts. Virtually nothing with “added sugar” if I can help it. Beer and wine usually add to my carbs as well. I won’t be hitting my carb goal this weekend!
I have difficulty maintaining under 90g, myself. I can only get this with no alcohol and very little measured fruits. It is essentially a diabetics diet. Just about any processed food has added sugars. I’ve lost some weight and feel better but it is a pain at times.
