I was the lead translator for a Japanese comic called “Kuishimbo” which literally is the story of a speed eater, filled with tips on how it works, tactics, techniques, etc. No wonder they’re so good.

I punched 70 hot dogs (with buns) into my fitness app and it came up with the following:
Calories: 20,790 (daily goal 2,360)
Fat: 1,275g (daily goal 192g)
Sodium: 48,440mg (daily goal 2,300mg)
Potassium: 29,143mg (daily goal 3,500mg)
Carbs: 1,679g (daily goal <75g)
My app also tells me that if I continued to eat this way, I would weigh 424.8 pounds five weeks from now. I'd almost double my weight!
