A woman will not prosecute another woman. Sexist, I know, but Sisterhood trumps ethics, especially in DC.

LL will do nothing. And the media will have her back.

She'll do what her handlers have told her to do. There's no such thing as a free Lynch! Rimshot

FBI won’t even send a recommendation to prosecute.

What was Barak Hussein’s interest in those two imprisonments?

imho, doing two state politicians nobody outside of NY ever heard of isn't something to base the likely hood of prosecution of the Clinton Crime Family on considering their power and influence at their level of play

but that's just me

Our best predictor says that she is not afraid to prosecute Democrat politicians. If the evidence is there, she will prosecute Hillary Clinton.

Past indicators may not be of much use in guessing how this will go down - it's so far outside the bounds of "normal". Plus, Lynch serves at the pleasure of the most radical left-wing president in history. She'll do as told.

The best article on the Lynch/Clinton meeting said she asked for it, but didn’t inform her FBI detail. If she had, a supervisor would have called her and told her no. The article said the purpose of the meeting was to warn Bill about what the FBI had and to ask him to ask Hillary to tell the truth, as opposed to what she has said publically so far. Lying would be worse than telling the truth or saying I don’t recall. (I doubt a presidential candidate can plead the fifth.)

Having said that, I’m not at all sure Hillary can tell the truth. I am not even sure she knows what it is, having confused herself with so many versions.

At least we won't have to hear how great Comey is anymore.

I guess the possibility of Lynch being under investigation herself for obstruction of justice cannot be dismissed out of hand.

In that case, she knows her career is finished anyhow and she and Slick were plotting damage control.

If she’s going down the tubes anyhow, why not participate in the meeting?

I believe beyond reasonable doubt that the Phoenix encounter was planned, and that the planners (Lynch and Clinton) both assumed that it would never be known by outsiders. You can call this stupidity, but they are elites and they often think they can do as they please and the results will be what they please. Their agents will prevent anyone from getting too close or recording, if by some weird chance there should be anyone stumbling upon the scene.
“No one will be the wiser.” Because they’re just so clever and special.
And if it was planned, it was to give him the crib sheet. “Here’s what you didn’t know we know, and here’s how you can answer.”

Will prosecution of anything, even minor, ruin Shrill’s political aspirations?

Nothing short of conviction and a prison term will affect her standing with her supporters.

Most likely there was the exchange of sensitive documents that would have required a physical presence. If it allowed Lynch to remove herself from the decision making process that may also have been a reasonable price to pay. We just don’t know anything really.

I disagree. People still buy Martha Stewart products. Going to prison will only give Hillary street credit. Next thing we know Hillary will be doing rap music. Well at least that's a little bit better than hearing her barking.

I’ll tell you what she WON’T do:

1. Recuse herself

2. Step down
