I am just as surprised as you are, that you were in the image- I kept looking for someone with a red hat, but to no avail. I thought- well, he must be way up in the back in the shadows.
Imagine my surprise when you pointed out that you were indeed in the image, 2nd row, 14th position, center aisle right.
By the way- my lumbar issue is all better, and as you correctly opined (no doctor-patient relationship exists between us) it was not sciatica.
I had become institutionalized by hiking/camping over the last four years, and felt comfortable sleeping on the floor, which is carpeting over concrete. Sleeping outdoors is significantly different- providing a softer bedding and often an undulating surface. I started sleeping on a futon bed, letting one of my legs dangle over the other leg, hanging down off the bed, which over time realigned my spine.
