The cops found drugs and guns too. But I wonder what Florida state law has to say about possession of hidden cash as a criminal matter. Certainly there’s an appearance of impropriety but we are all presumed innocent, or are supposed to be.

I think Florida just passed a law that forbids cash being confiscated without a related crime. But it looks like there is an associated crime in this case.
