The way I read the story I don’t think she even forgot the straws. I get drive through a lot and just about all the places are now putting the straws in the bag...like she said she was trying to say in the article....and I am still getting used to it, sometimes momentarily thinking they forgot my straw when they haven’t. Funny thing is that I don’t feel motivated to do anything but ask for a straw if I think I haven’t gotten one.
I feel like I’m holding people back at a drive-thru if I check to make sure I have the correct order and condiments. But then, it’s just as easy to pull into a slot and check then go back if something’s wrong with the order.
