Manufactured by BAE in NY and are being hauled to the port in Savannah, GA to be shipped overseas.
The only problem is that they were supposedly heading North out of VA. As far as I know Savannah is the only heavy lift port on the East Coast. Other than that Long Beach, CA and limited heavy lift in Seattle.
Perhaps they were being airlifted.
