a) Apologise for his incredibly gauche arrogance in "returning" Great Britain's gift of Churchill's bust that resided in the capitol for over 50 years, and request that it be returned at the first opportunity.
A gift to the Citizens of America is never the plaything of the president. Any president. And
b) A competent future Legislature would see to it that no pretender in the future can commit a similar national embarrassment.
