Our navy does not know the usage of a tow line; however they sure know how to honor their transgenderd members.When I served we sure did know a tow line. We took a storm-damaged sailing craft called the Northern Light under tow for a day and a half until the Coasties could get there to take over. And we had never heard of transgendered.
