I guess they only believe in a representative republic when it goes their way.
I had lunch with an Army officer the other day. He is 100% GOPe. He lives in Alexandria, loves the Paul Ryan and the Weekly Standard. He scolded me for bad mouthing Merkel because he claimed she’s brought peace to Europe. He’s boarder line deranged. He said he will vote for Clinton over Trump.
But we were told to hold our nose and vote for HW, McCain, W, Romney, etc. See how that works?
