If Traitorobama pardons himself for past crimes, that very act gives aid and comfort to the enemy. He can't wriggle himself out of a charge of treason.
He’s already committed many acts of treason already. Will Congress go after him? How can they? Congress is Obama’s lap dog. Who else will go after him? SCOTUS? How? Even if a case was somehow brought before them you think SCOTUS would actually rule on an impeachable offense? I don’t think they could constitutionally anyway because impeachment is a congressional issue and Congress has abdicated their legislative and constitutional roles.
Obama is an unconstitutional presumptive dictator and the ONLY one to stop him are the states. But the states do not seem to about FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE do they? The states seem very happy to acquiesce to federal tyranny as long as they get their federal paycheck.
So it is up to the people of each state to force state action because these corrupt demagogue politicians will not budge unless the PEOPLE budge them.
