If you pay attention, he uses the teleprompter for notes..he doesn’t read from the teleprompter as a lot do (Obama)...He still adlibs most often...

I haven’t seen him use the note method yet.
He was either ad-libbing or seemingly using it full time when I watched. I haven’t been watching him lately.
