A Republican senator told conservatives Friday they should pray for President Barack Obama and suggested a biblical passage that says, “Let his days be few.”

Georgia Sen. David Perdue told a gathering of religious conservatives that “we need to be very specific about how we pray.” He suggested using (Psalm 109:8), which reads: “Let his days be few, and let another have his office.”

As the audience at the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s conference laughed and applauded, Perdue said, “In all seriousness, I believe that America is at a moment of crisis.” …

I’ve been praying that same thing since November of 2008.

Purdue wouldn’t have had the guts to say that pre-Trump.

My understanding has been that Perdue is not that much better than the popular Issakson.

If Perdue backs Trump, Trump will have his back if he gets in trouble for saying this.

With whom, pray tell, is Isakson popular?

Purdue was supportive of Trump at the GA State Convention last weekend. He's fine, one of our better players.

It is not a matter of prayer, Senator, it is a matter of Republican politicians fulfilling their obligation to the voters.

Perdue is still a "newbie", but I wouldn't give you a warm bucket of spit for the both of them.

And who says Isakson is "popular" - his press secretary?

Isakson popular?

This is his (non)response to my recent inquiry. Notice he doesn't say anything about his position or any of his plans or efforts. Notice also he ignores the fact the DoD, State and the NSA is under the control of our closet muslim president!

“S.2230, Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act of 2015 was introduced by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) on November 3, 2015. The bill has five cosponsors and was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for further review. The decision to designate the Muslim Brotherhood or any group as a terrorist organization would be a collaborative determination by the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the National Security Agency. I am confident in the ability of our national security apparatus to make an appropriate determination about designating any group as a terrorist organization. Rest assured, I will keep your thoughts in mind as the U.S. Senate continues its work on matters of national security.”

My friends aged mother used to say. “I don’t wish him any ill will. I just hope he doesn’t live too much longer”

And Harry Reid, being a liar, accused him of praying for Obama’s death, which he definitely did not.

Your understanding of Perdue is correct. He is only marginally better than his predecessor Saxby Chambliss.

Obozo is on the way out of office. He needs to pray this prayer for the H-Beast.
