Those beach umbrellas can be extremely dangerous when the wind picks up. I have seen my fair share of near- disasters that were avoided thanks to some fast hands!
Dayum, another episode for “1000 Ways to Die.”
Must of have been her time to die.
Not really funny, that is my hometown, I never thought something like this would happen there.
Reminds me of lawn darts prayers up
Were the winds coming from dark clouds?
Straight out of “The Omen”.
Or “Final Destination”.
It’s very irritating when beach-goers don’t properly secure their tents and umbrellas and stuff. Apparently, it can be very dangerous as well.
We are not guaranteed our next breath.
Amazing. Do these things have a pointy end for stabbing into the sand?
That reminds me of a scene in the “Flight of The Living Dead” where a zombie got killed by an umbrella. I guess Umbrella must be banned and a 10 day waiting period must be enacted.
The epitome of a bad day.
I’ve seen beach umbrellas and those square cabanas go zipping thru a crowded beachfront. It’s amazing for about a second. Then you realize how much force is being employed to drive those things along. Leaves you hoping nobody gets hurt because they’re just poking and jabbing their way thru the crowd, usually at a pretty high rate of speed.
Message from the flatlands. Avoid the tumbling tumbleweeds.
It sure seems like it would be cool to run over one with your car and smash it to pieces, but they will stab clean thru your radiator.
No $hit, really I guess I will never go to the beach again.
Tough way to go
All kinda peril awaits a man in the great outdoors!
First SUV’s and now beach umbrella’s - woe civilization.
