When you call Democrats on their absolution for thugs, they dutifully protest that they do not approve of violence. I don't think they're angry with left-wing activists for throwing punches. Methinks their real objection is, as Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti told the Los Angeles Times, violent protest is "a tactical mistake."

You're right, not gonna happen... until Civil War II and it's payback time.
In the left view it is time to ramp up the violence because they understand that Trump is going to win any legitimate vote and he just may win the legitimate vote by a margin high enough, say better 2/3, that declaring the Democrat to be the winner will have negative results for the left. Ramping up the violence may well increase the vote margin but it also may get Trump killed. Consider that possibility. These things are escalating.
There’s another aspect of this activity the “leaders” of these modern-day ANTI-TRUMP RENT-A-MOBs need to remember: The leader of Hitler’s thugs was one Ernst Rohm. When Rohm and his thugs had intimidated the opposition to the point of putting Hitler in power, Hitler had Rohm jailed and REWARDED for his loyal service to dur Fuhrer — with a BULLET IN THE BRAIN!
You see, like Hitler, the FASCISTS on the left responsible for these violent anti-Trump “riots” will also not tolerate any who might threaten the power their destruction of Trump will give them and they will ELIMINATE THOSE WHO AIDED THEIR RISE!

Oh, almost forgot: Georgi Schwartz (aka George Soros) spent several years in the 1940s helping a Nazi officer shove his fellow Hungarian Jews into cattle cars bound for Auschwitz! His Nazi mentor even got him an official SS uniform! In a CBS TV interview, Georgi boy described that period as the “happiest in his life”. What a mensch!! Some have speculated that his stash of valuables taken from the Jews who would have no further need of them was the nucleus of his current fortune!

I don’t care if they blame it on Trump supporters or not. The time to fight back was yesterday. Come ready to brawl, bring a few cell phones to record the leftist instigators who start this crap, and then fight back. Throw punches, throw rocks, use whatever to show these degenerates we mean business.
Since these folks that are rioting are tied, in any shape or form, to the DNC, sue the DNC!
Police will have instructions to protect the rioters from retaliation. One can reasonably conclude that the officials who direct the police are on the side of the rioters.
Best to have a number of alternate plans ready to go.
Whatever you do, get out of the area quickly afterwards.
