I notice how conveniently you avoided the requests I posted for links concerning proof that Governmental Intervention was Behind It All.
But, be that as it may, your position that the governmental agencies currently existing are somehow behind such evil-intentioned programmes is quite amusing. In most areas I am aware of, the governmental employees are NOT the cutting-edge of coders or programmers, so your belief in the origin of this particular piece of cake-cutting coding is really quite remarkable.
