How about a voter fraud sting?
Leave the ineligible voters on the rolls, dead, noncitizen, etc.
When someone shows up to vote for that registration, arrest them on the spot.
I know, I know, would never happen but one can dream.

I think in just about every single case....it’s a problem where the absentee ballot is continually sent to the address last noted, and someone from the house just flips it around and votes. You’d really need to dump every single registration the day after an election and require these people to visit the court house to re-register again.
