“I was telling my wife this morning that it should be announced that every gang member has 24 hours to turn themselves in. They will be moved to an island somewhere. If they don’t turn themselves in, they’ll be shot on sight.”
After the 24 hours was up, how would you go about identifying those gangbangers who didn’t turn themselves in?
How would you determine who to shoot on sight?
Democrat run cities.
Lots of blacks.
Lots of gun control.
Lots of Liberal white people.
According to common core math that

The gang cops know who’s in the gangs. But, like I said, we’d have to dispose of the constitution to do it and I’m not willing to do that. I just have no idea what the solution is.

The known gangsters are only a small part of the real number of violent thugs. There’s no airtight method to identify them all.
Sooner or later Chicagoans will adopt the Detroit solution and arm up. Police won’t investigate dead gangbangers
