Due process, secure in your papers, w/out due compensation, guilty until proven innocent, anti-(economic)slavery...all ideals, long since dead when we passed over from a Constitutional Republic into a Socialistic Democracy ~100+yrs ago.

Course, there’s not a politician whom would answer said question, let alone any reporter to ask the same.
Since they don’t honor the 10th Amendment (and haven’t since FDR) why would anyone expect them to honor anything else in the Constitution?
