Bill was appearing on Larry King Live when he was told, but there was some discrepancy with someone seeming to know before Vince was found, but I’ve forgotten who that was.
she was flying back from santa barbara (there is one obscure ap news article about it, i believe) to dc. along the way, news of discovery of vince foster’s body was relayed to her jet. iirc, she had the jet diverted to little rock where she got off and conferred with some lawyers. so, imho, the prima facie evidence is that it was a desperation hit initiated by someone other than hillary— however, she still seemed to have something to do with it after the fact.

They might not even have to order a hit, just a hint or maybe we should listen to Vince’s family’s testimony. I suppose they could have been in fear or not wanting publicity. Not too many would go up against the Clintons.
