In DOS prompt
netsh i i r r
netsh winsock reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
ipconfig /flushdns

Reboot.

walked thru your information. each step replied with appropriate info in the “C:PROMPT”

Shut down and came back.
Nothing is different.
Still need to BOOT/REBOOT to connect to my already configured WiFi.
:-(
