A real good friend of mine died of it recently. He was in his 40’s and was diagnosed in his late 30’s. It was miserable and torturous. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemies. A real good guy who was a real straight arrow (no drugs). His dad gave the eulogy - not a dry eye in the church.

you will see him again in due course,... and never lose his friendship again after that....
