UPDATE (11:30 AM 5/19/16):
The West Virginia State Police served a third juvenile petition to a 13-year-old boy on Thursday, May 19th, for incidents at Clay Middle School.
The petition was served for the crimes of making terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit murder, and solicitation to commit murder
