A LOT of experts think they were “ghost officers” —that they existed only on paper, and then “their” pay was pocketed by others.
They (the ones that actually existed) also went around illegally confiscating the legally owned firearms of law-abiding people.
Did they do the same for the people excuted by the nola cops on the bridge during katrina?
