My view is Trump’s VP is more like a food taster and goodwill ambassador than a true consigliere. (Think Joe Biden)

So I say go with the most electability. Kasich seems (amazingly) popular in Ohio. Then you carpet bomb Florida and Virginia in Nov and win.

It must be other parts of the state where Kasich is popular. Around these parts, he's blamed for cutting finances to local governments. Instead, the money goes to the schemes of deep-pocket donors. Then there's the coal issue, which Trump already owns.

Besides that, Kasich is a liberal on almost all issues. Go with Rubio....he could be mentored, and he's a reliable conservative except for wanting productive long-time illegals to stay. Kasich, on the other hand, applauds all aspects of the invasion of the US.
