PING...
I predict some will be spitting sour grapes your way, but that's their only way of expressing themselves.....
Very Well Said!
My only reservation about Mr. Trump is that he says that he will replace 0bembacare. Replace?
If one replaces one socialist program with yet another socialist program then you wind up with socialism.
Why not simply repeal 0bembacare and let things go back to the way they were, without socialism?
I have been praying for years that God remove the evil from this country.
I looked at all the presidential candidates last spring and none excited me, as a matter of fact, I was horrified to see several announcing who were not natural born citizens.
Then Trump announced and I said to myself, may be.
Then I listened and watched his rally in Arizona and said to myself this is the one to support.
I never watched his TV show, didn’t pay much attention to him beyond what I read in People or Entertainment in the doctor’s offices. I did figure many years ago he was a genius and a top notch business man. It was obvious to me also that he is a man of his word.
I still expect voter fraud both before the nomination and in the general. I expect threats to his life. And when he is elected, he is going to face a country in total disarray with 100’s of politicians trying to hide the corruption that is our government and prevent him from exposing it.
I expect he will do things I don’t care for but I don’t have knowledge of the big picture and what it will take to start righting this country. He will have my support.
I am absolutely convinced that we’ll have many days of frustration in the coming years, of policies which we won’t agree to, of decisions that will not just make us cringe, but light a chorus of ‘we told you so!’
Eh, so what. McCain & Romney. If both those backstabbing bastards were good enough - well, when they start screaming, we can pull up their glowing posts of the bozo twins.
Truthfully, the only way things will get right in this country is by liberals continuing to break things. Since they do this with the welcoming arms of bipartisanship, this, finally, is a step back from the brink.
Very good post
I will support him, I will vote for him; lockstep with any man is something to be avoided at all costs in a republic.
It is our 2016 job to keep Hillary out of the White House, which means putting Trump in the White House. It then becomes our 2017 job to keep Trump from "evolving" away from the founding principles of this nation, and to call him out every time he shows evidence of slouching towards the left. I hope we do not have to do it often, and will be very happy to never need to do it once, but the lesson Obama never learned is the one Trump will have to learn: kings are served by people, but in this land, the President serves the will of the people.
Back to the work of getting Trump in the White House...
I was a little ‘dubious’ of DT to start, and didn’t really like the slate that was being presented by BOTH parties, Was leaning towards Cruz but knew the GOPe really hated him and ‘they would set out to destroy him also but he eventually self destructed, Rubio lost my vote a few years back on his immigration stand (flip flop), Carson appeared to be a deer in headlights type in over his head.
I got to thinking the Cruz ‘rebellion’ was a plan to drive the others out and pave the way for Trump (once he saw he wasn’t going to outlast Trump) - Still think Trump has a place for Cruz in admin, as well as Carson.
If they are looking for a Woman - Black at that - Mia Love comes to mind as she is also not a favorite of the GOPe (well they torpedoed her & West & 3 other women).
Trumps message had me thinking that -given the field - I would have probably voted for him even as a D. (we ‘know’ GOPe original choice was Bush and they tried to use Cruz popularity to foul up Trump - think they would have tried to run Romney by us again (Still a shot at that)
For the same reasons I am voting for him as an R.
bless you HarleyLady!
me too.... i remember when he was being thrown out there 4 years ago as a possible - and i was praying then he would run.
i think of how he has earned a happy peaceful retirement.... but instead he is doing this - for us, for his kids and grandkids.... he puts on a dang bulletproof vest on every day ..... for us... for this nation....
I just pray that our Father in heaven protects Mr. Trump.
Harley Lady, thank you! For your fighting spirit and your loyalty to a man who loves the American People and our great sovereign nation. Is this what winning feels like? It’s been so long, the feeling has been forgotten. Mr. Trump, WTP look forward to feeling this feeling again and again. Please, Lord, let it be so. Bless you, HL for your friendship and words of wisdom. And to those Trump supporters reaching out to a newbie on this site, thank you as well. Please forgive the misspellings and omission of some names (working from memory as computer fried over a week ago) Hoosier Mama, Aunt B, Amontn, Rooster Redux, God bless us every one. Soon the celebration will be over and the time for hard work will again be upon us.
I thought the fighting stopped the other night.
Do we have Japanese Soldiers in the hills?
Excellent post HarleyLady27!
Thank you for all of your research and work in support of our next President!
We run about 10 years behind britain. Look who was elected mayor of london today.
You either will vote for Trump or this will be the fate for your kids and grandkids because the uniparty is going to take you there.
Get over your upset. This fate would be far worse because the NWO is about to collide with islam everywhere else.
By the way, I didn’t use caps for the dying country. They imported their own demise as we are allowing to happen here in the USA.
To me, the utter sincerity of Trump is what's so remarkable.
Think about the hundreds if not thousands of interviews he's held with the press. Perhaps no one running for President has ever been more accessible to the press -- or accessible to We the People, for that matter.
When you have that many conversations -- and even his rally speeches are conversational -- you put yourself out there for inconsistencies that people pick up.
But given the 24/7 vigilance of the MSM to try to snare Trump with a gotcha, it's remarkable how he has prevailed over all odds -- and grown stronger.
So as much as a man can be vetted and still come out fairly clean, that's Trump.
He's by no means an angel, but he's a man, a very heroic and courageous one, and We the People are grateful that he has stepped up to fight for our country's revival -- if not survival -- as a free, brotherly, and prosperous nation.
For the anti-Trumpers who are still out there, all I can say at this point is, if you’re determined to be unhappy with a Trump presidency, then I’m sure you will get your wish. But if you keep an open mind and consider the possibility that your assessment of Trump just might be wrong, then I suggest that you may be pleasantly surprised with what a Trump presidency brings.
But, again, if your hatred for Trump is personal, it’s not going to matter what he does or doesn’t do as President.
Well said.
