I don’t know if Manafort is Italian or not but he’d have made an awesome character on The Sopranos.
He is Italian. His grandparents came from Italy to CT. The family name was originally Manaforte. He does seem very Italian doesn’t he? Even my mom, who is a big Trump supporter, asked me if Manafort was Italian. I’ve even taken to referring to him (jokingly) as Paolo Manaforte.
