Police say the homicide of a 34-year-old woman on Grand Rapids Community College's campus was a random act of violence that occurred after the suspect tried to befriend the victim. Marcus Lamar Bivens, 19, of Grand Rapids, was arrested Sunday and is held on a count of open murder. He is expected to be arraigned Tuesday. It’s so random I was able to guess several characteristics just by the headline.
Hate crime, clearly targeted for being white and smaller target.
Officials who lie like tjis need to be fired immediately with full loss of pensions and never work in a public job ever again. This lying about black on white hate crimes is getting extremely tiresome and nobody believes it.

Random acts of violence are EXTREMELY rare.
I read the headline and knew immediately it was an African on white hate crime.
