This sounds more like a health food than an antibiotic.

I was having a problem with a cough that would not go away - I had pneumonia before so I 3was afraid of getting it again.

It lasted for months and I was going to go to a doctor for some antibiotics, but one night I decided to read up on natural antibiotic foods.

It said fermented foods and garlic had penicillin-like qualities.

So for one weekend I at two spoonful’s of cold fresh sauerkraut mixed with two big spoonful’s of minced garlic.

within 3 days the cough I had for months was gone, and I felt great in many ways.

try it yourself and report back if it helps you

If you are not farther out than urban hoodlums can raid this is useless information.

In the event of a real societal meltdown you don’t want to be within about 3 or 4 hours of a city

this particular anti-biotic not only helps boost your immune system, but it is also good for when you have a cold

Use antibiotics to treat a virus? No, that's stupid advice. Makes everything else recommended here suspect. If you need antibiotics, you should see a doctor to make sure you're getting the right medicine to treat what ails you.

This article is quality pseudoscience.

I had terrible problems with mastitis after number three. As soon as I’d finish an antibiotic cycle, the issue would pop back up. I grow garlic so I always have fresh on hand year around. I started popping two cloves a day. The mastitis went away as long as I took it, and number three still has a taste for garlic.

And atropine comes from daffodil bulbs. Atropine is the antidote for many poisons and nerve agents; of course it’s toxic itself and would make you sick, but sick is better than dead.

Herbs sound nice, but antibiotics and high blood pressure medicine saves lives.

work in the third world awhile. Herbs are like using a pea shooter when you need an elephant gun...

and herbs that work often are toxic if you don’t take them correctly..
