A teenager in India has accidentally shot himself in the head with his father's gun while trying to take a selfie photograph.
Police said 15-year-old Ramandeep Singh is being treated in hospital at Pathankot in Punjab state and is expected to survive.
It is the latest in a series of accidents which have happened during attempts to take selfies.
Deputy police superintendent Manoj Kumar said it happened when the schoolboy was playing at home with the licensed revolver, which is normally kept in a wardrobe.
"The boy's father and family said that he was trying to take a selfie with his gun," he said.
"We will speak to the boy when he is declared medically fit.

Had a freshman in class that was a known thug wannabe, gangsta rapper wannabe. . .he shot himself in the leg while trying to take selfies while posing with a handgun held “gangsta” style (sideways).
He is now is trying to claim he was shot by a rival rapper/gang. . .no one buying it (police report, ER report, and his own father’s statement the kid was posing in his room when he shot himself).
