I respectfully disagree. Obama has the required training to be a communist/fascist, but he doesn't have the fire in the belly. He's lazy, and easily distracted. Given a choice between declaring martial law and going golfing, Obama will choose the golfing option every time.
On the other hand, a President Hillary would be cold and ruthless. I'd put nothing past her.
