A Supreme Court featuring Roberts as Chief Justice and Scalia deceased does not inspire confidence. Will they perform their prescribed duty as arbiters of the Constitution or will they say that doing so would “hurt too many people” and therefore Obamacare should be funded? My guess is the latter.

It is a fool's errand to believe that the USSC will save the nation from Obamacare. Only a truly conservative right wing Congress and President can do that, and I do not see either of those on the horizon. Obamacare is hale and hearty and is well on its way to its final success: a Single Payor national health care system.

To the extent that anything works in ObamaCare, the “cost sharing” subsidies have at least proved popular. According to the Obama administration, 60% of those enrolled in an ObamaCare exchange received them last year.

In Obamacare, the confluence of govt insurance and govt healthcare sets the stage for massive govt fraud---aided and abetted by opportunistic corrupt, greedy politicians.

MEDICARE/AID are fraud-ridden govt programs......now joined by Obamacare.

INSURANCE fraud is one of the easiest frauds to pull off....used by politicians to profit themselves, and to get and stay in office.

O/Care's hundreds of millions of tax dollars, subsidies, fees, penalties, asset confiscation via Medicaid users , makes this system ripe for money laundering and tax evasion........and all of the concomitant crimes that accompany it...like forgery, bank fraud, falsifying documents, and so on. An Obamacare money pit (for needy Democrats) is the so-called IPAB
Independent Payment Advisory Board--the first agency created as the “fifth branch” of govt.

1) It will make all important health care decisions by authorizing payment or not.

2) It is not funded by Congress and cannot have its budget reviewed or changed.

3) Its membership cannot be changed by future Presidents,

4) It cannot be repealed by Congress, except for a six month window in 2017.

5) Its decisions are not subject to judicial review.

6) It is not authorized by the Constitution, and is therefore immune to Constitutional processes.
