Well, I never did find out what the official requirements, but I simply began posting about some of the many crimes Mrs. Bill had committed and continues to commit on a regular basis and that seemed to automatically relegate Me to the ranks as far as the liberals I was forced to deal with were concerned. ;)
Now I simply move with the current and just accept it all. *grin*
