Could be, it just seemed odd how Cruz apparently tried to hide the bill under the paper. Identifying who the guy he passed it to should clear the matter up.
Most of the ones who believe the headline will tweet and retweet it and put it on facebook without even seeing the video.

Frames 0.23 & 0.24 have good resolution on the object. I don’t have time, but someone else could easily enlarge those frames without much of an issue.

Not necessarily. I've served as a campaign treasurer before and IIRC, a receipt to the donor for contributions under a certain threshold wasn't required. The donation, even if not receipted, has to be included in campaign contributions.
Besides who's to say that an aide didn't get the information later off-camera? Candidates seldom do that if an aide is available to do it.
I mean, I get a globalist supporting globalism, but why come to FREE REPUBLIC to talk all that sh!t, tell all those lies and demean the Patriots---the people who oppose the Canadian.

3-Trump has openly offered to pay travel and lodging for Arizona delegates.

Cruz rapid response director Brian Phillips told The Daily Caller that the man Cruz handed the money to is Bruce Redden, a Cruz campaign staffer, and that the money came from a supporter.
“The ‘delegate’ is Bruce Redden, a Cruz staffer, collecting things that people hand Ted Cruz as he shakes hands, signs books, and takes pictures after every event,” Phillips told TheDC. “The money is a $5 donation that a supporter gave to their small child to hand to the senator, along with a picture the child drew.”
