Actually, if you are a welfare recipient, it is a technical possibility that government decides what stuffs are needed for you and let robot autonomous vehicles deliver them to your doorstep. No welfare checks to you. If you want fancy trinkets, you may have to sell Huggies diapers to pay for it.
