He came in just under 20K votes short of Hillary and she had one opponent- he had 6 opponents.
Did Rush mention that Kasich got 46% in Ohio and Ted got 44% in Texas where they are a governor and a Senator?

Hey Rush, why not report that Trump did as well or better in FL (which is not his home)than Kasich did in Ohio or Ted did in Texas?

Rush does not seem to have had a problem with Bush defeating Gore in the 2000 Florida presidential election. That was a margin of 537 votes out of 5,963,110 votes cast to gain a winner-take-all 25 electoral college votes.
Gore got zip.

IIRC, there were two Floridians on the ballot, tho one had suspended his campaign. One is a sitting U.S. Senator from FL, the other a former Governor of Florida. Against those odds, 46% looks mighty good.
Ted came in at 43% in Texas- 57% of Texas voted against him and that 57% got nuthin. . How about giving 25% of them to Trump since Ted didn’t clear 50% in his own state.
Trump got 35% of the vote in Wisconsin but only got 6 out of 42 delegates- we demand more based on percentages!

He is full of shit. One of the last of his shows I listened to was when he went on and on for about 15 minutes talking about all the GOPe people he wines, dines and plays golf with.
He strolled down memory lane talking about Bush inviting him to stay at the White House. I started thinking about how myself and many others complained about Obama schmoozing with journalists like this! Why should I give Rush a pass on that?? Then he started talking about how “Rubio and Cruz were full throated conservatives” That’s when I shut him off.
I started to realize that he and Levin (who has been VERY DISHONEST about his relation to the Cruz campaign and the book money he has gotten from the GOP) are basically herding us like cattle. I’m done with them all. I’m smart enough to form my own opinion!

Trump got 47% of the vote in FL and ALL of the delegates. That’s how it works. Trump supporters were fine with that.
Fast forward to other states with different rules. You can’t come out crying about getting delegates in proportion to the vote now.
ok what was the vote in colorado, oops, uhh, wait a minute there was no vote. and by yer logic I would take a percentage of those delegates. Just stop it.
