Why does a local Republican have to be active to be part of the initial phases of electing delegates to represent their preference for a candidate?

For the same reason 312 million of us don't vote on every piece of legislation that passes through Congress.

The problem:

Delegates and Representatives and Senators are voting for DONORS instead of voters.

That's why we, the voters, are being cheated.

But we do get to vote for those who make the decisions, at well publicized times and places and with a secret ballot.

And the process to elect delegates to choose US Presidential candidates aren't chosen in the same way? That's bizarre.
