You can always tell when ticket sales are slow, entertainers always go political.

Somebody should petition the Governor to look at the tax breaks the entertainment industry gets.

Agreed. Ticket sales were abysmal and they needed a way to "save face" in public, so out comes the political nonsense.
Nevermind they offended people who perhaps took time-off from work, arranged travel, and purchased admission.
The wise move for ANY musician or band is to simply shut-up and sing. There is ZERO downside and ALL upside doing that.
