What are the health effects of bacon/ham white pizza, cannoli, buffalo chicken pizza and Italian cheese cake?

You'll probably die well before decrepitude sets in. And with a satisfied smile on your face. Has anyone ever seen a happy Vegan?

I can’t eat many of those (for variius reasons). Don’t miss some. Do miss pizza or anything with cheese. I do eat the bacon/ham. Nothing wrong with that in moderation. My cholesterol levels are fine.

I will, btw, eat MILDLY prepared hot things like wings or chili. but it has to be fairly mild and I can’t pig out.

BTW. My wife prepared an Italian Ricotta cheese cake for my son’s birthday. It’s siting in the fridge right now. I love it. I cannot eat even a sliver without an allergic reaction.

Thank you for your service. Besides the hot sauce, don’t be shy about supplementing the meds with nutritional changes. The two together can be complementary.

That? Absolutely none. Cheese won’t absolutely kill me but the vanilla would probably give me a bad anaphylactic reaction.

I wasn’t in the service. It was something similar from 20 years ago. Very serious trauma. Mostly unresolved it reared up and overtook me last year due to more recent trauma. The BP spikes would come from horrendous nightmares.

My mother, (who would be 106 today) always put Cayenne pepper on my cuts and scrapes and please believe me, my wounds healed quicker than all my playmates.

I still use the same remedy today.

I’m pretty sure germs are killed, too because it sure stings!

I went cold turkey with Lisinopril.
That stuff made me so dizzy whenever I’d stand up that I thought I was going to pass out.

And that was just the 10 mg dosage.

Is there a similar substitute? All that great taste without the itching burning swelling?

I love hot sauce and hot peppers but about eight years ago I couldn’t use anything with cayenne without getting terrible heart burn. If I knew I would be eating something soon enough I would take a Pepcid but even then I would still have discomfort. Then someone turned me on to probiotics and I NEVER have to take Pepcid any more. I just take the Phillips Colon Health every day and it’s amazing. I knew it was to prevent bloating and such after eating but never thought it would eliminate heartburn. I use all the hot sauce I want now.

Yeah. My doc kicked me to the max. 80mg. Way wrong thing to do. It made the BP worse and the side effects were literally a killer. Like having your head in a vice 24/7.

I have a tendency when people ask me how I am doing to tell them the truth. So I mentioned the Lisinopril to the eyeglass woman at Sears and she said it made her head feel like it was being squeezed by a pair of vise grips.

I think I have the meds right now and at the right levels so I feel better and I am getting people’s names right consistently.

I mixed up a magic potion of ground cayenne in hand lotion.
It helps relieve the arthritis in my hands. It helps to put on gloves for awhile after rubbing on the concoction—keeps the heat in and discourages eye-rubbing.

Don’t think so. I rarely eat out anymore. But the wife will make cake and substitute lemon extract for vanilla, but not if it’s got cheese in it, as I really shouldn’t eat that anyway. No dairy, gluten (msg could hospitalize me), vanilla, clams/oysters/ calamari etc. legumes,

Some like dairy, high gluten breads and legumes I can take in small amounts. Meat, eggs, green, yellow, veggies, rice and potatoes are about all I should eat and I try to keep spices to salt pepper onions/garlic.

I eat home except to get a steak or burger out.....nothing with sauces.

Nevermind. I was thinking what mine is—52-54—and missed the joke.
