Tim Allen's character Mike Baxter on ABC's Last Man Standing is well known to be right of center. He spends most of his time taking swipes at Obama and the Clintons, but tonight he took a BIG hit at Donald Trump when talking about tattoos and making bad mistakes.

Regarding internment camps, does everyone know that the Supreme Court upheld the internment of Japanese and Japanese-Americans during World War II??
Just saying, there were people at the time, who went to court over the issue of internment. And the Supreme Court upheld that action, which was done by executive order by FDR. It wasn’t even an act of Congress, just an executive order.
Just saying, while we look back with regret on those actions, legally speaking, internment could happen again, in a wartime situation. We have legal precedent. While politically would seem to be a non-starter, just legally speaking, we have “settled law”, as liberals would say, since we have a Supreme Court decision on that subject.
