I’ve seen this in person. Quite amazing (and cold).
I’ve looked for this “green flash” numerous times from the roof-top bar at the La Concha hotel in Key West. The hotel says it’s often visible there. I think it’s just a ploy to get people drinking... At least it’s never cold out when it (is supposed to) happen(s).
