Try some warm milk with a bit of vanilla. It’s really nice for sipping before bed time.
Maybe. I’ve had some warm milk several ways - no help, but haven’t tried the vanilla. The dietician only allows me 60g of carbs per day other than the low carb lettuce, kale, broccoli etc. so 2 glasses of milk per day uses up most of my ration.
I almost always have a little milk or cheese snack a while before bedtime. Sometimes a little milk, turkey, and cheese. Ambien will give me about 5 hours, but I will not take that more than once a week!
