Of course there is. America is the biggest group of "joiners" in human history. Especially when it comes to protecting some kind of interest.
If I want mayo without eggs, I'll buy it, but I don't want it to be sold to me under as false label. I want my mayo to be made the original way.
I make my own Mayo :>)
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 cups vegetable oil
Directions
In the container of a food processor or blender, combine the mustard powder, salt, eggs and vinegar. Set the food processor on medium speed and gradually drizzle in the oil while it runs. Transfer to a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
(use a stick blender right into the container you’ll be using for the mayo)
