Thanks for the cordial discussion. This place wouldn’t be worth the time if it were not for a healthy difference in points of view. I would be happy if ether of the front runners prevails; my fear is that what Rove and many others from the establishment has been signaling and that is that Ryan or someone just like him will get the nod from the rest of the party bosses. That can only mean disaster.
It's not anti-Trump. It's pro-conservative. Trump is not a conservative. Cruz is.
Do not delude yourself. “NeverTrump” is not pro-Cruz, its Pro Paul Ryan. Romney, etc. Hes not winning a contested convention. The GOPe is a Snake - its already turning on the Cruzaders by rigging the rules and stacking the delegates with long-term party insiders.
Bottom line, Cruz is NOT going to win, His chances died with his horrible performance in the South. From here all the dedicated Cruzaders are doing is fighting to elect Hillary. Since the RINO the GOPe will force on us at a convention will not win in the General.
Trump CAN’T beat Hillary. He’ll lose the election during the first debate with her cause he can’t debate policy. All he has is his wall, how America is a bunch of losers compared to China and school yard personal attacks. The media will use every gaffe he utters in their 24/7 news cycles to completely destroy him. NYC values Trump SHOULD QUIT and go back to doing what he knows; swindling old ladies out of their homes and paying off politicians instead of trying to be one.
As far as the GOPe goes, well, they’re going to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory once again and we all know it. A lot of you will hold your nose once again and vote for whichever liberal they nominate in the hope that this time will be different.
