I would suspect if that graphic is not photoshopped that the station reversed the numbers for Trump and Cruz... since that would be in line with every other poll out of Wisconsin over the past week.

Unless they faked the audio it was reported that way over the air. Not just a graphic error.
I saw it earlier on FB which was linked to a Trump page. He was thanking everyone and was reminding everyone to vote for him.
