you know if OJ’s kid did it

you think he would have it is giving his dad an alibi by waiting at least another hour until dad was actually in the limo or in that plane headed to Chicago right after the murders

I’m sure his son knew his damn itinerary

but let’s ignore that Bronco zipping up in front of the house just after the murder ... funny how with someone else doing it...it happen to just fall into the perfect timeline that gave OJ no alibi for his whereabouts at the moment of the murder

Sorry, Martin. OJ has already scoured golf courses the world over to no avail

Thanks for posting something just about everyone here can agree on. Up until now the question this morning was whether Corey Lewandowski was wearing gloves during his brutal 1 second attack on the innocent reporter which was the worst thing she has experienced since her dad died.

I have to say, the “People vs OJ Simpson” series is really good

I agree. The Marcia Clark character is exactly as I pictured her back then.

The series also paints a picture that OJ did it BUT that the LA County DA's office was a bunch of out gunned idiots.

The one thing I clearly remember from that 1995 trial is that it was all OJ, all of the time, every channel, every word of the trial.

It surely was one of the first major media love fests.

It was sickening to watch.

OJ has admitted to killing her several times.

In fact, he did it once during the first trial to Rosy Greer while in jail, and he shouted it so loud everyone heard it. But judge Ito (the idiot) would not allow it in court, and instead ‘ordered’ that a sound proof room be constructed.

He could have easily allowed it and said you have no expectation of privacy if you shout out that you're guilty.

Let them overturn it later on appeal (or try) - everyone would know he was guilty

He is exactly where he is supposed to be.

What I remember from the farce, was an interview with Dershowitz, cellphone at the ready in case OJ's team needed him, on a treadmill.

I should have tossed the tv at the point.

GMTA. Maybe Sheen’s been sampling what he’s been “holding” for his offspring and girlfriends?

Not at all plausible. If Justin had walked in on Nicole and Ron Goldman, was he able to drag them both out to the front walk before he slit their throats?? No blood in the house. Or were they supposedly ‘in flagrante delicto’ by the garden gate??? No, the real killer is behind bars for another offense. Period.

LOL! Yeah, race had nothing to do with it. Didn’t one of those jurors give OJ the black power salute too after the verdict was read? I think I remember reading that. Yo, they got whitey.

Agree. We lived in the LA area during this ‘crime of the century’ trial. Clark is spot on, as are Cochran, Darden, Shapiro ‘Flea Bailey, Ito an, of course the star, OJ. He should have never been acquitted, but the jury didn’t care that he murdered the two victims. It is called jus ry nullification. His life certainly changed after the trial though. He was shunned by those from whom he craved acceptance. He moved to Florida and was never able to get his life back. Now he’s in prison, where he should have been since 1994. I hope his parole hearings don’t free him.......he is exactly where he is supposed to be.

That is one hell of a good miniseries. The acting is incredible. I feel everything Marcia Clark is feeling, just looking at her eyes. Actually, I am surprised that I am feeling what Johnny Cochran was feeling too. Though in the courtroom he is all about win, win win, the truth is, he was fighting his lifetime (first hand as well) of abuse of black people at the hands of white police. His (the actor playing him) reaction last night to the Fuhrman tapes was sooooo good. All of them were. The whole thing was heartbreaking.

How did Fuhrman become a man of respect ever again? I used to like his books and tv commentary - I’d forgotten how hideous were those tapes.

And Kardashian, a religious man, seeing him in the process of discovering his best friend murdered his other best friend... And another innocent person... And then being stuck defending him. He knew if he left the dream team that itself would convict OJ and that would not be a fair trial. And I watch Friends all the time, and I never think Ross watching Schwimmer as Kardashian. Good job; that is a hard character to burn out. He perfectly shows Kardashian’s quiet torture.

And I had forgotten the conflict with the judge. The star prosecution witness IS ON TAPE CALLING THE JUDGES WIFE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE THINGS, YEARS EARLIER. Last night I even felt for Ito! What an unbelievable scenario. I think it may have been the trial of the 20th century for real. This movie deserves an Emmy and it will get one.

Martin Sheen is a talentless moron.

Martin Sheen is a good guy when no one else is looking. I will always know that about him. He and I interacted when we were 100% alone. He had no ulterior motive, he helped me steadily for maybe 30 minutes, then left to do his publicity thing, rolling his eyes about it. He was a very nice guy and wanted and got nothing in return. I never watched his Left Wing show, but I know he can be a very humble and decent guy.

This joke is getting really old.

OF COURSE OJ DID IT.

Can Hollywood types like Sheen think? At all?

I agree. But I don’t feel sorry for Ito. He shielded info about his wife for personal reasons. He shouldn’t have been the judge on that case. IIRC, there was a juror named Francine or something, that was booted because someone sent an anonymous note saying she had contacted someone about writing a book about the trial. No evidence, just an anonymous claim. She was booted......and she was the only one that the other jurors felt might vote for guilt. Tha whole thing was a travesty of justice. Yes, the actress playing Marcia Clark is spectacular. The actor playing Darden is just as spectacular....you can feel their emotions with just their facial expressions. I don’t feel sorry for Cochran though. as Shapiro said last night.......we want to get our guy off, not set fire to the whole of Los Angeles’. But Cochran did just that. And the emotions still run high because of it. In the long run, there was no planting of evidence, there was no malfeasance on the part of the criminalists. Cochran, et al, twisted/manipulated every bit of factual info to allow the jury to think it didn’t matter that OJ murdered two innocent people, the LAPD should all be in jail instead. I did/do feel sorry for Kardashian....his look on the actual tape when the verdict was announced says it all. He was a broken man.
